Dining at the Green Inn
Chris O'Halloran has held several senior positions over the last fifteen years, gaining experience and a reputation for fine food. Prior to becoming Head Chef at the Inn he spent time training at Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons, Raymond Blanc's renowned Hotel near Oxford, which has influenced our style of cuisine whilst utilising the very best of local produce.
Should you wish to enjoy dinner without the thought of a drive home, why not stay overnight in one of our comfortable en-suite rooms? Once you have experienced one of our delicious breakfasts, you may decide to stay longer and spend time exploring Ballater, fishing, enjoying the scenery of Royal Deeside and The Scottish Highlands or perhaps visiting nearby Balmoral Castle, summer home to the Royal Family.
Whether your interest is merely "fine dining" or you wish to experience this most beautiful part of Scotland, you are assured warm hospitality and the personal attention to detail, which you deserve.
