Who's Who in Restaurants

Let’s face it: not so long ago, many Scots would have struggled to name a famous Scottish chef. These days, they’re the talk of the town with a reputation far beyond home: Gordon Ramsay, Nick Nairn, Martin Wishart, Jeff Bland, Andrew Fairlie - to name only a few. The Scottish Culinary Team in the 2004 Culinary Olympics even finished 5th overall - the highest ever position from a British team. A memorable dining experience in a Scottish restaurant should be easy to find.
