Sue Lawrence's cooking career started when she won Masterchef in 1991. She now works as a food writer, championing the food of her native Scotland.
Between 1993 and 1999 Sue wrote recipes for the Sunday Times Style magazine.
She now writes a regular column for Scotland on Sunday and Scotland magazine, and has written for Sainsbury's magazine, Woman & Home, Country Living and BBC Good Food magazine.
She was awarded the Regional Writer Glenfiddich Food and Drink Award for her work in Scotland on Sunday.
Sue can regularly be seen talking about Scottish food and traditions on British and Australian television TV.
