Created on a farm near Inverurie in Aberdeenshire, Mackie's award-winning ice cream is make using milk from their own Jersey and Holstein herds. Over 20 flavours of ice cream are created using renewable energy: the farm has three wind turbines which produce all the energy required to make this delicious ice-cream.
