This special menu has been devised to offer a traditional family meal that we can all enjoy, making the most of the freshest, seasonal local produce such as succulent Scotch lamb which is in its prime at this time of year. 

The delicious blend of flavours in aromatic Cullen Skink, mouth-watering Roast Shoulder of Lamb with Potato and Onion and delicious Creamed Vanilla Rice Pudding is guaranteed to tantalise the taste buds and dazzle your friends and family.
