Taste of Edinburgh returns to serve up another round of top culinary events showcasing Scotland’s national larder.
Join some of Scotland’s most respected chefs over three days in Edinburgh’s beautiful Inverleith Park as they cook up a storm in their demonstration kitchens.
With appearances expected from big names such as Martin Wishart, Tony Singh, Nick Nairn and Tom Kitchin, this popular foodie festival is one of the culinary events of the year.
Sample ‘taster dishes’ from some of Scotland’s top talent, with Michelin-starred and Gold EatScotland awarded Number One at The Balmoral, other EatScotland restaurants also attending this year are Santini, Bonham and Forth Floor at Harvey Nichols.
Taste Kitchen is where guests can join tasting sessions, attend chef masterclasses, watch demonstrations and quiz not only the big names preparing dishes, but also the ever-important critics and food producers.
The Producers’ Market meanwhile will showcase a tantalising range of artisan producers from around Scotland, offering a variety of homemade, home-grown or home-reared food and ingredients.
As well as the perfect stage to promote Scotland’s world class produce, Taste of Edinburgh also brings together leading experts for whisky nosing and wine matching sessions.
