Mark GreenawayAward-winning Edinburgh chef Mark Greenaway, who recently appeared on BBC Two's Great British Menu has put together three very special recipes for you to try.

Since he opened his signature eatery in the capital, Restaurant Mark Greenaway, in February 2011, Mark has enjoyed great success. The restaurant was awarded the coveted three AA rosettes - the only Scottish restaurant to be awarded the prestigious accolade this year.
