Discover the secrets behind Italian cooking with a Locanda De Gusti masterclass

Get a taste for Mediterranean cuisine at traditional Italian restaurant, Locanda De Gusti. The restaurant is now offering you the chance to take home a little piece of Italy, in its Monday night masterclasses in Italian cuisine at its cookery school on East London Street in Edinburgh.

Taught by multi-award-winning Head Chef Rosario Sartore, who holds 2 AA Rosettes for Culinary Excellence, the two-hour classes start at 5.30pm on Mondays and run until 4 June. Work closely with him to recreate authentic dishes traditionally prepared and cooked in his home town in southern Italy using the same techniques used in the restaurant and at home in his own kitchen. ~

You’ll work with Rosario to cook your very own three course meal; consisting of a starter, main course and dessert, with a vegetarian option too, while learning and understanding the intricate techniques and skills behind wholesome southern Italian cooking. Each class is priced at £26.00.
