Could you design a menu fit for the stars at the 20th Great Scot Awards

One talented individual will have the chance to put their name to the menu at the prestigious Great Scot Awards and dine on their exquisite creations with 750 other VIP guests. Following the awards ceremony they will also get the opportunity to join Martin and his team in his Edinburgh kitchen for an evening of expert advice.

If you are a keen cook, we want you to write a menu that expresses what is great about Scottish cooking. Using seasonal, nationally sourced produce, we are looking for three dishes fit for the nation that add the wow factor!

Last year, the winning menu was created by 24 year old Graham Gardner who had been working at the Glasgow Hilton Hotel for little over a year as a Chef de Partie. Graham and two other finalists attended a cook-off, where they had to prepare and serve their nominated menu to a panel of judges.
