The Torridon is situated in a beautiful location and the restaurant has wonderful views of the mountains. The emphasis is on excellent quality ingredients using their own garden produce when possible. Service is very attentive and very friendly.
Roast breast of Barbary duck, confit leg Boudin, braised red cabbage, endive tart fine, salted hazelnuts, cassis jus:
"There was a lot on this plate but it was extremely well presented; the staff did well to remember all of the composite parts of this dish. The duck was served pink on a bed of cabbage and the other components were neatly arranged around the plate which was further decorated with the salted hazelnuts and the jus."
