The Isle of Skye Brewery was established in April 1995, the first commercial brewery in Skye and the Western Isles. At the Isle of Skye Brewery we put quality of product and customer relations as our priorities. Skye ales are made from only premium quality grains and hops; only natural ingredients are used, with no additives.Our bottled ales are cold-filtered and bottled at the brewery with, again, no additives. Contract bottling is also undertaken off-island to meet ever-increasing demand.
