Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over excluding employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland, visitscotland.com, their agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. Entries must not be sent in through agencies of third parties. Any such entries will be invalid.
4. Closing date for the prize draw is 28/02/10.
5. The winners will be the first 5 entries drawn under independent supervision.
6. The winner will be notified by email by 14/03/10.
7. The winners' names will be available after 14/03/10 by enclosing a stamped addressed envelope and writing to VisitScotland.com Research Prize Draw, Ocean Point One, 94 Ocean Drive, Edinburgh EH6 6JH.
8. VisitScotland's decision is final and no dispute will be entered into.
9. The prize is one of five food hampers from Foodieboxes
10. No cash alternative will be offered and there are no runners up prizes.
