Escape from the city and unwind at the exquisite Kinloch Lodge. This fine home under the direction of Lord and Lady Macdonald and their family provides excellent quality food using fresh local produce whenever possible within comfortable and relaxed period surroundings. The menu has a varied theme and caters for most dietary requirements. All the produce is sourced locally. The service is very friendly and enthusiastic, attentive yet not intrusive.
Fillet of Mallaig seabass, tomato, coriander and vanilla sauce, crispy nest of julienne of carrots, courgettes and leeks:
"This looked stunning on the plate with the lightly coloured fish, julienne of vegetables and the creamy looking sauce." "The fish was beautifully cooked with the skin just crispy and the julienne of vegetables had a very good flavour."
