EatScotland Says:

A perfectly located restaurant at the head of a cove overlooking the fishing boats off Arran which provides a variety of the fish offerings. The locally sourced, mainly Kintyre produce is a joy to experience. Owner/ Chef, Alan Milstead provides a changing menu celebrating the larder of the West Coast of Scotland which is particularly renowned for its Seafood and Fish dishes.

Parmesan and poached egg salad with garlic croutons:
"Very tasty and enjoyable dish; the various ingredient flavours worked well together. Not much taste presence from the garlic croutons; although too much garlic could have acted to overwhelm the more delicate flavours of this dish." "A well considered dish with the softness of the eggs in contrast to the crunchy texture of the croutons."

Dark rum poached bananas with brownie slice:
"Lovely soft bananas with the rich alcohol liqueur working well with soft and chewy texture of the chocolate brownie."
