Fine dining served in the relaxed atmosphere of this picturesque water mill where the award winning restaurateurs offer you the choice of bistro lunches and fine a la carte evening dining, all prepared from local seasonal produce.

Our Catering ethos is simple - Use only the best and freshest seasonal, local and Scottish ingredients and prepare them with passion, understanding and pride. We cater for families, local customers, passing trade and tourists and aim to offer fine dining in comfortable, informal surroundings.

The décor is in keeping with a restored water mill, with hand-crafted tables and paintings by local artists on display and for sale. The atmosphere is both intimate and friendly. House specialities include Shetland mussels, Scottish beef, local free range pork, lamb from Moray farmers, Scottish seafood and game, home-made breads and biscuits.
