Homemade chicken & leek pie topped with butter pastry: "Chunks of chicken breast and sliced leeks in a white wine sauce. Piled in an oval shell of flaky pastry. Freshly prepared and attractive to the eye." "Succulent chicken, softly cooked leeks and a very well made sauce, creamy and with a hint of wine. The pastry was properly fired, crisp, light and perfectly flaky." "Very good classic skills."
