The nationally acclaimed Mercat Bar and restaurant is situated in the centre of Haymarket, a bustling hub in the cosmopolitan city of Edinburgh, which boasts an electric atmosphere.

On arriving at The Mercat Bar our friendly staff are on hand to greet you with that internationally renowned Scottish welcome, which adds finesse to the chic interior and sophisticated environment of our restaurant and bar.
