Who would have thought that a cafe selling only two dishes could be so good? Well, if you've managed to taste the incredible hog rolls at Edinburgh farmers' market of a Saturday, then you would trot a country mile to buy one midweek.
Oink is the name of a new hog-roast café and takeaway on Victoria Street, Edinburgh. It sells only two dishes: a hog-roast roll (£4) topped with sage and onion, apple sauce or chilli; and one that includes crackling (£4.25).
